The Tales From the Sisterhood Project is a community initiative created to make body based healing experiences more accessible to women who need them.
At Tales From the Stripped Somatic Studio, we believe movement can be a powerful tool in healing and recovery, helping women reconnect with themselves, regulate stress, and rediscover joy and confidence through somatic exploration and supportive community.
Healing Through Movement
Through the Tales From the Sisterhood Project, we offer scholarship spots in our Somatic Movement and Pole Flow classes for women navigating illness, trauma, financial hardship, or major life transitions.
These classes provide a supportive space where movement becomes a pathway to healing, self-expression, and confidence.
Community Care
Donations also help support future community care movement classes, gentle gatherings designed to help women release trauma, regulate stress, and experience somatic exercise as a form of healing.

The Tales From the Sisterhood Project was inspired by my own journey of healing through movement after health challenges and traumatic experiences, and my belief that every woman deserves access to spaces where she can reconnect with her body, experience joy, and feel supported.
